Located at 5025 Arco St, Cary, NC 27519, No.1 Pho Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine operates as a vietnamese serving Cary in North Carolina. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as vietnamese restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Cary, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across North Carolina run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Friendly staff welcomed us. Our meal was delicious 😋. We’ve had the Pho 🍲 here and enjoyed it. Today was too hot for soup. The Vermicelli bowls with spring rolls & pork were just what we needed. Fresh spring rolls & iced coffee complemented the meal. 🍽️

My husband and I came here for a late lunch after moving to the area a few months ago. The service was genuinely excellent — the staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and thoughtful. There’s a sign noting that food may take time (this isn’t fast food), but everything came out in a reasonable timeframe and in the right order: drinks, appetizers, then entrées. We even witnessed the staff handle a very rude customer with impressive kindness and professionalism. The restaurant is simple and spacious, and we had plenty of room for our mobility devices without feeling in the way, which we really appreciated. We ordered the salty lemonade, strawberry shake with boba, rice cake appetizer, meatball pho, and combination fried rice. With tip, the total came to about $80 for two people. Overall, the food was good, though the pho left a bit to be desired. There was a slight sweetness or something missing from the broth, and the noodles absorbed a lot of liquid in the leftovers. It wasn’t the best pho I’ve had, but not the worst — the search for the best pho in the Triangle continues. My husband loved the fried rice and finished it entirely. The menu is extensive, so I’ll try something di

I normally don’t like to leave reviews let alone poor reviews but wow …… — Was pretty empty when we got there - over half of seating was empty (this will be important later on) — Took 45 minutes to get our food after asking multiple times (I actually to get up and ask since the staff was not attentive) — Had to get up to ask for water 2x as well because again they weren’t attentive at all after I raised my hand - also we had to ask 2x because after the first time I asked for water they literally didn’t bring it after we waited for like 10 minutes — I finally asked them for snacks or something to munch on (the guy said oh we ran out of snacks we usually give out on special occasions) - obviously I didn’t come here to finesse free snacks out of them - everyone in the restaurant was visibly hungry / irritated so like if you’re a smart business you’d try to offer something to at least show like you care — They said “oh it’s really busy” when I asked at least for a time estimate on when we would get our food … remember how I said it was half empty when I first got there? How do you work there and not be able to give a reasonable estimate on how long food will take? At the very least yo

The pho was aromatic and great. Perfect for curing a hangover. Beef was tender with a rich broth. I can tell they take their time with getting the flavor right. All the ingredients were fresh. Clean and authentic restaurant with plenty of parking around. Would love to return!

Overall Rating: 3.5 The dining experience was underwhelming, with better options available elsewhere for Vietnamese cuisine. Food: Beef Pho: 5.6 An average offering that doesn't bring anything new or exciting to the table. There are worse Pho’s but also a lot better. Chicken Wings: 2.4 The method of boiling then frying resulted in an unappetizing texture and appearance, falling short of expectations. This tasted really bad. Fresh Roll: 4.2 Lacking in size and the mix of ingredients typically found in other fresh rolls, making it less appealing than usual. Peanut Sauce: 2.2 Disappointingly watered down. Drippy, not creamy and lacking in flavor Pork Fried Rice: 6.1 A standout compared to the rest of the dishes. This was well-cooked and the pork was flavorful.
